1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Returned in original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be approved.
3. Return Shipping Costs
To ensure transparency, return shipping costs are handled as follows:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Capvora will cover the return shipping cost. We will email you a prepaid return label, which you must download and print to attach to your return package. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or full refund will be offered at no extra cost.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fees
We value our customers. Capvora Store does NOT charge any restocking fee.

5. How to Start a Return

Step 2 — Receive Instructions:
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Step 3 — Ship the Item:

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time:
Banks or card providers may take up to 7 business days to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is:
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order once the return is approved.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items (if marked at purchase)
